Hybrid Regime 2 days office | 3 days remote

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Payroll for the Italian market (mid-level to senior profile)
- Solid knowledge of Italian labour, fiscal and social security regulations
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in team leadership or functional coordination
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problemsolving mindset
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment


The Role
Coordinate and support the endtoend payroll cycle for Italy
Ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing, in line with internal policies and local legislation
Act as a point of contact between HR, Finance, external payroll providers and other stakeholders
Supervise, support and develop the Payroll team, ensuring KPI and SLA compliance
Monitor payroll data accuracy, validations and controls
Contribute to process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements


Tools & Systems
Experience with Payroll and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP HR, ADP or similar)
Strong user of MS Excel and reporting tools
